Hi there! I’m Niamh — Nutritional Therapist, women’s health advocate, and founder of Mindful Nutrition.

I help people who feel out of sync with their bodies to reconnect through simple, personalised nutrition that supports digestive health, hormonal balance and long-term wellbeing. While I have a particular interest in women’s health and gut health — especially where the two overlap — my approach is always tailored to your unique needs, no matter your background or goals.

I believe it’s not just about what we eat, but how we eat. My work blends nutrition science with a mindful, compassionate approach that supports both body and mind. Whether you're navigating bloating, PMS, low energy, or a general sense of imbalance, I’m here to help you feel more connected, nourished, and in control of your health — naturally.
