Consultation information

As a nutritional therapist, my focus is on supporting you to improve your health and wellbeing, using food and nutrition.

But what exactly does this mean for you? Basically, I will work alongside you to identify areas of your diet and lifestyle that could be tweaked to help you reach your desired goal - whether that’s to improve your gut health, manage a hormonal imbalance, lose weight or simply feel healthier.

I do this by first asking you to fill out a pre-consultation form ahead of our one-on-one consultation, explaining your main reasons for booking the consultation, as well as providing me with a basic understanding of your medical history and current health. This form will allow me to tailor the consultation accordingly.

During the consultation itself, we will discuss any health concerns raised as well as your diet and lifestyle. Every question I ask will allow me to build a comprehensive picture of your health so that I can best support you in your journey towards better health. Following this, I will draw up a plan detailing a list of dietary, lifestyle and supplement recommendations for you to follow for a period of 8-weeks, with the potential to have additional follow-up consultations, should you be interested. At each follow-up consultation, we will review your plan and make amendments if necessary to ensure you continue striving towards your goals.

Should you have any questions or issues regarding the plan then you are free to contact me via email throughout the 8-week period and I will respond within 48 hours.

My aim is to make small, simple changes to your diet and lifestyle that will have big impacts. I will work alongside you to create a plan that is suitable to your needs and can be implemented to suit your schedule, budget and kitchen! My aim is not to overwhelm you with endless changes, but to start taking small, mindful steps towards better health.
